I would love one of these as I love Chocolate but I am Salicylate Intolerant and not supposed to eat ordinary chocolates but I know I can eat Carob.

Karob is Kalcium King ,no Kidding ! At the bottom of this page is a graph showing the extremely high Calcium content of Carob. Half a cup has more Calcium ,and Iron, than 1cup of Milk !
