Anonymous says... this is the cherry i got http://www.groworganic.com/cherry-stella-semi-dwarf.html between 500-600 hours if you growing anzac and they need 500 then i don't see why you couldn't give it them a go.... and it only gets 3 meters i have read | About the Author fruitlovermyles 11th June 2013 10:45pm #UserID: 7937 Posts: 91 View All fruitlovermyles's Edible Fruit Trees |
y3yrr says... Hi Anon. I think Chittaway will not grow Stella. There are some very low chill cherries just released called Minnie Royal and Royal Lee which probably will go OK. I would be very wary of someone who says he gets good crops of cherries in Wyong. water or not. I'm ready to believe it if I saw it but not otherwise. I grow practically everything except tropicals and v. high chill. I've had minor success with Stella. | About the Author y3yrr sydney 12th June 2013 3:17pm #UserID: 8037 Posts: 18 View All y3yrr's Edible Fruit Trees |

Inahdi says... I just picked up the Royal Lee / Minnie Royal from Dawsons on Tuesday, and I know a few people got them last year. One of the staff told me there was a problem with the tree production at the nursery and they lost a lot. Not sure why only WA is getting them, that seems to be the reverse of the usual trend! | About the Author 3 12th July 2013 3:55pm #UserID: 2533 Posts: 54 View All 3's Edible Fruit Trees |
