Dwarf Apricot - Fireball TM (Grafted) 10/10 Bloodanddreams 's Edible FruitsUpdate: 3380 days 23hrs Comments: - Fruits 6 weeks or more before Moorepark and before birds work out to ransack my garden. Big, fat, flavoursome fruit of vibrant colour. Shades chicken coop and twice the size of the much older Morepark nearby. All Daleys trees do better than those bought locally. Very satisfying being so quick from flower to fruit. My children won't eat apricots (weird) so they are all for me. Bought a preserving unit in anticipation of years ahead. Dwarf Papaya Torpedo (Seedling) 8/10 Danny N1's Edible FruitsUpdate: 3749 days 12hrs Comments: - Papaya on the left in the picture is the Dwarf Thai Torpedo and the Papaya on the right is the Southern Red ( Both from Daleys). The Dwarf Papaya arrived in a poor condition due to the courier service holding the poor thing over the weekend! by the time i recieved it, it had shed alot of leaves and the potting mix was bone dry. They are now both in an "Air Prunned Pot" (430mm) and recieving alot of TLC to nurture them back to health. Still very excited to see these develop into larger specimens and to compliment my other Papaya's. Pots have excellent drainage and my own blend of potting mix, again regular dose's of Seasol and osmocote slow release fertilizer to help it along. The filtered sunlight from my semi-enclosed pergola is the perfect light for it here in Adelaide and will update progress of these Papaya in another 3 months or so. Planted: 2016 Height 0.7 Feet Growing: In a Pot Qty: 2 Pollination: Self Pollination Fertiliser or Organics Used: Seasol and Osmocote Pest Control: None. Dwarf Mango - Irwin 10/10 Loves Fruit Trees's Edible FruitsUpdate: 3792 days 6hrs Comments: - I love my little Mango Tree__ She is simply gorgeous! She came 2 weeks before Spring 2015 so carefully packed. She travelled very well and is still happy. She has four lots of leaves now and I would love to get another one. I am growing all Dwarf Fruit Trees in 51cm Green Pots. If I shift, I can take them with me. And it is possible to have a Mini Orchard this way plus more variety. I will place a picture here early next year. I am using SoilCharge Organic Fertilizer for my fruit trees and veges.....it has naturally occurring trace elements and you can use it once a month instead of once each season. I like that idea better. I also have a special water filter that clicks onto the garden hose - it omits chlorine so your plants can benefit more from the water. Planted: 2015 Growing: In a Pot Qty: 1 Sun/Shade: Full Sun Fertiliser or Organics Used: SoilCharge Pest Control: ECO-OIL As a precaution. Organic Status:Organic Was this review helpful?
