Fig White Genoa (Cutting) 10/10Figbarron's Edible FruitsUpdate: 2569 days 18hrs Comments: - Saw this at bunnings and quickly snapped it up. It was purchased as an advanced tree (250mm pot) about 2 years old and about 1.2m tall. 3 weeks later it has about 16 figs growing on it. It has been transplanted in a 25L bucket in general potting mix ammended with compost, dolomite lime, sulphate of potash and dynamic lifter. I'll update on how the figs taste, size e.t.c. Update: The fruit is quite sweet, even sweeter if left for longer on the tree. The sie of the fig is around 85g in weight. The fruit are succeptible to splitting if it rains while they are on the brink of ripening. Great eating fig!
