Macadamia G6 (Cutting)Markmelb's Edible FruitsUpdate: 1867 days 8hrs Comments: - This is the so called Home Beauty G6 Macadamia Planted Cutting which I think may be a Birdwood plant? Has kicked on well with several flushes already 2nd year in it has stopped growing height but is thickening up and growing branches - leave down low are quite long and some grow weird and twisted but leaves are getting smaller towards the apex - anyone know what causes gnarly twisted leaves? could it be bugs munching new growth as leaves form? Worked out twisted leaves are due to cold but has acclimatised now and is holding 20 nuts March 2019 photo - tree seems to have topped out at 4.5 to 5mt which it is supposed to.do? Lets see? 2020 should be a way bigger crop? Planted: 2013 Pollination: Cross Pollination Question: Anybody know what causes Macca leaves to grow twisted and Gnarley looking??
