Nectarine - Flavortop (Grafted) 7/10Edward3's Edible FruitsUpdate: 2654 days 12hrs Comments: - Good tasting fruit, although not much due to tree being significantly affected by leaf curl when bought from Sydney nursery. Now using spray to control this problem at time of bud burst, and it seems to be working. Almost no leaves affected by leaf gall in 2013. However, sprayed too late in 2014 and so the tree was very badly affected by leaf gall and got no fruit. But in 2015 all the leaves were badly affected by leaf curl in spite of fungicide spray at budburst. So not very happy with this tree. Again no edible fruit in 2016. So have removed this tree. Planted: 2011 Height 2 metres Growing: In the Ground Qty: 1 First Fruited: 2 Years from purchase in pot Sun/Shade: Full Sun Pollination: Self Pollination Pest Control: Requires spraying with fungicide to control leaf curl Was this review helpful?
