    Blueberry - Misty

    One of the most attractive Blueberries with bluish green leaves which contrast perfectly with striking pink and white spring flowers. You can get an even bigger harvest when planted with other varieties. Because of low chill hours it is a favorite in the subtropics. The Misty is one of the first varieties to fruit and the size is medium to large. Their flavour is sweet and spicy and perform brilliantly in pots.

    Dwarf Coffee - Red Catuai

    A dwarf coffee selection suitable for handpicking. Prolific cropper of quality roasting beans. Makes an ideal choice for growing in a pot in small yards and as an ornamental. An internationally important cultivar due to its compact size for efficient picking and crop protection. A mid season producer of quality beans. The lineage of this cultivar is Mundo Novo x Caturra and it was released in Brazil in the 70s.     This lemon is probably the most widely grown lemon in the world It is a true sour lemon with a high juice and acid content. Can have some fruit most of the year. The fruit is thin-skinned and virtually seedless. An almost thornless variety makes harvesting, pruning and growing the Eureka an easy choice. It is a highly productive variety of large flavourful Lemons. The main crop will be harvested during Winter. If you like to use lemons in your Kitchen then you could juice any excess lemons and store in the freezer for later, make some preserved lemons or share with friends.

    The small to medium fruit is pale lemon-yellow with smooth thin skin. The flesh is a translucent pale green, tender and juicy with a true acid lime flavour. It is best to pick the fruit green as it can suffer from rot if left to ripen on the tree.

    The popular Meyer is not a true lemon but likely to be a natural hybrid between a lemon and an orange. The lower acidity and reduced sourness makes it one of the most widely grown home-garden varieties. Very hardy and prolific. The fruits are a deep orange-yellow colour with thin skin and they are very juicy, making them perfect for use in dressings and marinades. The meyer is low in pectin.

    The jaboticabas habit of producing the fruit directly on the trunk makes this a striking tree. Fruit is similar to a grape with a sweet and aromatic flavour. The new growth is a coppery colour along with their beautiful honey scented flowers makes it a very ornamental tree. Bears heavy crops of quality fruit that can be eaten fresh from the tree.     Lime - Kaffir

    Native to Indonesia but widely grown worldwide as a backyard shrub for its aromatic leaves and rind that add a unique flavour to Thai cooking. Well suited to container growing. Also known as the Makrut Lime. The oil has strong insecticidal properties. Kaffir lime rind is an essential ingredient in a Thai curry paste, a teaspoons of Kaffir lime rind is used in both red and green Kaffir lime gives the curry a very distinctive flavour. The leaves are added to the curry once it is cooking and can also be added when cooking rice.
