I've grown or am growing the following. I generally grow from seed and do a small amount of seed saving:

Vegetables: Tomatoes (lemon drop, ida gold, green zebra, white beauty, roma, grosse lise and red cherry), bell peppers, capsicum, chillies, spinach, brocolli, brussel sprouts, squash, zuchini, sweet peas, sugar snap peas, broad beans, dwarf beans, sweet corn, lettuce (mixed varieties), pak choy, coriander, rocket, carrots, parsnips, garlic, shallots, onion

Herbs: rosemary, sage, thyme, chives, basil, oregano, parsley, mint, peppermint

started a no dig garden april 2008. 8 beds 2400 X 1200. This winter the first real crops was planted an harvested. The spring crop of tomatoes, celery, peas, strawberies, leaks, onions, silverbeat, spinach, bush beans, zucinis, lettuce, cauliflower, cabbage, beetroot, spring onions, garlic, potatoes, garlic are well established and progressively being harvested together with several herbs. Coriander, basil, parsley, sage, dill, oregano, rosemary, lavender.
