Cherimoya has to be one of the most delicious fruits I've eaten. It is slightly warmer where I live than its' preferred range (by a couple of degrees), but I'm still hopefull of some fruit.  This variety is a bonus as it self-pollinates.

Planted early May - will need some shelter from cold winter winds.

Comments: - This has gone in the ground in the west of Brisbane (toward iPSWICH) and has set fruit 2011. Seems to set well on its own in this area.

Comments

Grows well on crappy acidic soil in west brisbane. Has set quite a few fruit soon after going in ground without hand pollination, so would seem fairly self-fertile here.

came across this when i was trying to find out how to pollinate my Rollinia, now i want one of these but as there's no room, will have to try it in a pot when i eventually get it.
