Black Sapote - Chocolate (Grafted) BJ's Edible FruitsUpdate: 611 days 11hrs Comments: - I'm not actually sure of the 'type' of Black Sapote I have. Generic label and no type listed. Only in the ground a little while. Slow to start, but with a bit of extra water and lots of mulch it is now flushing new leaves. Beautiful new growth. I didn't want to persist with a seedling tree in my limited space here in the garden, so I dug up this tree before it got too big and replaced with a Bernicker variety.
