Black Sapote 10/10Debra's Edible FruitsUpdate: 5642 days 18hrs Comments: - I worried about my sapote at first and molly coddled it for a while but it is doing quiet well so far, I have it protected with shade cloth in the chook yard, so the chooks are keeping weeds and bugs at bay, the only worry I have is the heat and the wind, (it can get very hot and windy here), it is watered by reticulation daily and mulched well.
