Your leaves look green and lucious

Thanks, Michael. I have got in the habit of giving it half a watering can full before I leave for work every morning (and the bananas and fig, and anything fairly new).

Comments: - I dont mind the fruit, and the flowers are lovely when they smother the brances. i had to move this plant during the wet in 2010-11 floods. It handles transplanting quite well and is powering away in new spot, putting on lots of flowers summer 2011

Carambola Starfruit - Maher 6/10

Xhristofer's Edible Fruits
Update: 336 days 21hrs

This has been a difficult tree. I've had to transplant it three times. First it was too shaded, then the soil wasn't right and too shallow, but now the soil is deep, free draining and obviously suited to the tree. Its now about 1.8M tall and looking much better than it was. Its only flowered once in the 3 or so years I've had it.

Only young, planted October 2009.  Seems to be quite thirsty though it does get some western sun which may account for it.  Growing strongly at this stage.

Correy's Edible Fruits
Update: 1013 days 10hrs

Comments: -

It is only young. I did actually get 1 fruit first year but the possum got it. I have tasted this variety from the orchard in Daleys Nursery and it is very juicy and incredibly tasty. They crop really well but fruit fly may be a problem if you are not onto it.

Pollination: No
