Cherimoya - Forbidden Fruit variety (Grafted)VF1's Edible FruitsUpdate: 4544 days 16hrs Comments: - Cherimoya has to be one of the most delicious fruits I've eaten. It is slightly warmer where I live than its' preferred range (by a couple of degrees), but I'm still hopefull of some fruit. This variety is a bonus as it self-pollinates. Planted early May - will need some shelter from cold winter winds. Planted: 2012 Height 1 metres Growing: In the Ground Qty: 1 Sun/Shade: Medium Sun Pollination: Self Pollination Fertiliser or Organics Used: Seasol and citrus feed Was this review helpful? Cherimoya - White (Grafted) 10/10BJ's Edible FruitsUpdate: 4680 days 19hrs Comments: - This has gone in the ground in the west of Brisbane (toward iPSWICH) and has set fruit 2011. Seems to set well on its own in this area. Planted: 2011 Height 0.8 metres Growing: In the Ground First Fruited: 2 Years from purchase in pot Sun/Shade: Medium Sun Water Given in: Winter Pollination: Self Pollination Was this review helpful? Has set quite a few fruit soon after going in ground without hand pollination, so would seem fairly self-fertile here.* You need your own My Edibles Page to contribute Quick & Easy |
