Strawberry - Redlands Joy (Seedling) 5/10

Branny1's Edible Fruits
Update: 2568 days 21hrs

Comments: -

Started with five. Some went into pots, some into the ground. Two in the ground were absolutely decimated by Morning Glory, one in the pots died for unknown reasons. One is going strong in part shade in my front yard and still flowering and producing fruit in the middle of June! One is in a pot and has only ever had one short flowering season.

Delicious fruit, though. Needs quite a bit of feeding and watering to coax out a good crop in our hot Brisbane weather, though. I'm not going to rip them out, but I have more productive plants in my yard than that.

Strawberry - Maroochy Flame 9/10

Diana's Edible Fruits
Update: 3462 days 20hrs

Comments: -

Maroochy flame and Redlands Joy. You can't have too many, and they are pest free. I think I have to plant new ones after this season of third generation suckers, though. They seem to be getting a second wind, I thought strawberries were finished in November, but they are covered in flowers and unripe fruit again in late December.

Strawberry - Redlands Joy

Paulaf1's Edible Fruits
Update: 4884 days 2hrs

Comments: - I have quite a few different varieties of strawberries.  I wasn't getting much fruit off them for a couple of years, and they always looked quite scrappy...........so I moved them into a different position with afternoon shade, and starting foliar feeding them, and are now getting some great results.
